The purpose of this website is neither to sell nor to promote, though we hope of course that it does promote one or two thoughts in kitchens up and down the country!

What we ask is that if you have recipes that you feel will fit the bill, please send them to us on the "submit" link. There is no cost to this, and all we ask is that you try to keep the format as simple as possible. We have to fit it into the Web Site ourselves!

On the other side, we will invite donations from anyone using a recipe, which we will use for essential costs of running the site, and put the balance to BBC Children in need. The only costs we feel we cannot avoid will be a little bit of technical support help here and there, and perhaps a few phone calls where all else fails. No salaries to anyone, and the Web Site has been created for free for us. We will put an account up on the site to keep everything transparent to all.

The real aim is to raise a little bit of awareness of cause and effect between growing our food and eating it!
